Citrix XenDesktop & Windows 7 & VDA 7.12/13
Problème
Au log off du VDI un écran vide apparaît avec un message d’interruption de connexion.
Connection Interrupted – Citrix Receiver will try to reconnect for X more minutes.
Cause
Ce problème est dû à un effet de bord du VDA apparu à partir de la version Workstation 7.12.
Solution
Le premier Workaround est d’utiliser le VDA 7.11 en attendant un correctif dans le VDA 7.14, le second est un Private Fix qui consiste à remplacer un fichier et ajouter une clé de registre.

Pour ceux souhaitant garder le dernier VDA et utiliser le Private Fix de Citrix #LC6761 qui consiste à remplacer picasvc2.exe dans C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICAService puis d’ajouter la clé de registre [REG_DWORD] CleanupSessionListenersCancelDelay avec la valeur décimale 5000 dans [HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\PortICA]
